How do I find suitable properties?
It's super easy! Just click on the «view homes» button at the filter according to your preferences and we will provide the most relevant places. You can chat with our Customer Support (+622150996923) and they will be happy to share our available room options.
How quickly can I move in?
The earliest move-in date is H-1 and you must confirm this with our Customer Support so they can prepare your room.

What amenities and appliances are provided in the property?
All our properties come comprehensively furnished. Please check individual listings for information about additional property amenities and facilities as these may vary by each property.
Can you remove the furniture if I provide my own?
We're not able to remove any of the provided furniture, but if there is extra space in your personal bedroom, you're welcome to add additional small items of furniture (as long as they don't require fixing to the walls).
Do you allow pets?
No, unfortunately, we do not currently allow pets in any of our properties.
Do you allow couples?
Couples are welcome to rent in properties where couples are accepted, clearly indicated on our website listing pages. We provide a tag on our website which indicates properties that allow couples to rent and legal documentation must be provided.
Do you allow cooking?
Yes, we allow cooking in all our properties specificly in our kitchen area. We ask that you're considerate to clean up shortly after using the kitchen.
